Welcome to The Helicopter Centre. By booking a service with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all our services, including sightseeing tours and training flights. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
- Company - refers to The Helicopter Centre.
- Customer - refers to any individual or entity booking a service with the Company.
- Service - includes sightseeing tours, training flights, and any other services provided by the Company.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A full payment is required at the time of booking, as specified during the booking process.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the service commences.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by the Company.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made by the Customer more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to weather conditions, maintenance, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Customer will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Passenger Requirements
- All passengers must present a valid ID before the flight.
- The maximum weight per seat is strictly enforced for safety reasons. Please refer to the weight limits specified for each service.
- Passengers must comply with all safety instructions provided by the pilot and ground staff.
6. Liability
- The Company carries comprehensive insurance, but passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance.
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs outside of our direct control or not resulting from our negligence.
7. Safety and Conduct
- Safety briefings are mandatory for all passengers.
- Any passenger deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused service without a refund.
- The pilot has the final authority over the operation of the aircraft and may refuse service to any passenger acting in a manner that may compromise safety.
8. Privacy Policy
The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
